You can you use your time any way you like: you can catch up on work, rest or enjoy excellent food and beverages. Depending on where you are, you will find our concepts SAS Gold Lounge, SAS Lounge, SAS Domestic Lounge, SAS City Lounge (Stockholm) or SAS Café Lounge.
NEW SAS CITY LOUNGE IN STOCKHOLM
We’ve opened another City Lounge at Stockholm’s Central Station. With its inspiring design and open spaces, it’s a relaxing oasis in the heart of the city with working areas, private meeting spaces and comfy sofas. It also offers free WiFi, coffee, tea and a concierge service. The new lounge is open to SAS EuroBonus Gold and Diamond members and a guest 24 hours before or after a flight on SAS and at all other times for a fee. The SAS City Lounge at Central Station is open on weekdays from 9:00 to 17:00.

Bring your family: If you have a EuroBonus Gold or Diamond card, you may bring your family (spouse/partner/parents and your own children – a maximum of four family members) to SAS Lounges when your family members are also traveling with SAS or Star Alliance.

Service in our lounges
Work: Our lounges offer space to let you work effectively on your own computer or a loaner desktop computer. Often with guest offices, printers and telephone booths for undisturbed conversation and always-free WiFi. Copenhagen also features a conference room for booking with a capacity of 14 people.
Relax: Pass the time with an inspiring magazine, read the paper in the SAS App or watch your favorite TV series. At some SAS lounges, you can even freshen up with a shower. And if you’re traveling with your family, younger travelers will love our Kids’ Room at select destinations.
Food and beverages: Enjoy a delicious buffet, fresh salads and excellent wines. SAS Lounge and SAS Gold Lounge also offer meals and a wide range of beverages. SAS Domestic Lounge offers a snack buffet and SAS Café Lounge offers a coffee bar.

Now when you visit SAS Lounges you can download a wide selection of newspapers, magazines, books and more in the SAS App. Digital publications are also available from 22 hours before departure on SAS flights.

Our lounge visits feature an inviting buffet, fresh-baked bread, wine, beer, soft drinks, water and coffee. Naturally, there’s also free WiFi, newspapers and magazines, and a wide range of TV channels. You can bring children under age 2 into the lounge free of charge.

You pay only DKK 189/NOK 199/SEK 219/EUR 24/USD 32 per person online and save up to 30%.

SAS is ongoing strengthening our offer in the air as well as on ground, where we are investing in SAS Lounges and SAS Fast track at our main airports and our destinations with the largest number of travelers. SAS is investing in digital solutions, new upgraded cabins, new aircraft, high-speed WiFi on all aircraft and have recently launched news in food & beverage onboard. On ground, to be able to continue and invest, expand and improve SAS Lounges and Fast Track offer, SAS will end our collaboration with some of our contracted lounges operated by third-parties. Before you are ready for the world, you need to pass through airport security. To make things go smoothly, you only need to think about having your Check-in documents ready. Choose from these options:
Slide your card: When you pass through security in Scandinavia and your ticket is registered on a card, you can use the card reader found at the security checkpoint. The staff will then be able to see your booking through the card reader.

Swebus: Using Swebus airport transfers, you take a direct bus to and from Arlanda at the best price and enjoy free WiFi and power outlets at your seat. The trip from Stockholm Cityterminalen to Arlanda takes only 35 minutes. You can also travel with Swebus to Arlanda from Uppsala, Västerås and Örebro. Make sure you have plenty of time when changing flights. Because you never know when you might make an extra visit to the shopping area, grab a bite to eat or visit SAS Lounges.
Domestic Transfer is a new and simplified way of travelling for passengers arriving from abroad and transferring to a domestic flight in Norway. You may pass directly from the arrival gate, through the Duty-Free shops and customs to the domestic departure terminal. You don’t have to pick up or check in your luggage, and you don’t pass through security check in Oslo. This applies if your luggage is checked through to your final destination in Norway and that you have an onward ticket with SAS or Widerøe, issued for the entire trip.
Exception: This does not apply if you are travelling with weapons or animals.
This is how you do it
1. Follow the signs marked «Transfer» after leaving the aircraft.
2. Find the flight information for your domestic departure and follow the signs to your gate.
3. Shop your duty-free goods before entering customs.
4. When entering the customs zone you walk through the lock.
5. Follow the signs to your gate of departure.
We know that your time is valuable and we do our utmost to ensure that you arrive on time. Nevertheless, if your flight is delayed, we will do our best to assist you.
For delays of 2 hours or more, we will compensate you for any extra costs you incur during that period, such as food and beverages. For other costs, we recommend that you contact your insurance company for possible compensation.
If your flight is canceled, we will rebook you to your final destination and compensate you for the extra costs you incurred due to the wait, such as offering meals and in some cases hotel accommodation. For other costs, we recommend that you contact your insurance company for possible compensation.
If you decide to end your trip as a result of a canceled flight, you are entitled to a refund of the cost of your unused flight ticket. If you booked your ticket through a travel agency, contact them regarding a refund. If you booked your ticket through SAS, please contact the SAS Sales and Service or fill out the form below.
