Register missing points for flights
Requests for missing points can be submitted at least 14 days after all travel has been completed and can take place up to six months after the activity date.
Before proceeding, please check if your points have been already registered in your account activities list and please verify that the booking class code (i.e C, Y, B, M, H, W, etc.) on your airline ticket is listed on airline partners list.
