You order a new EuroBonus card by logging in to our website, selecting "My EuroBonus" and "New card." We will send you a replacement card with the same number.

    If you for some reason can't do it online you're welcome to call Customer Contact Center.

    If you have a EuroBonus card combined with a credit card, contact your credit card company.
