There may be several reasons why you can't check in online or with you phone.
- It must be from 22 hours to 1 hour before departure.
- You are not traveling with SAS or one of the airlines where we can offer internet checkin.
- Your name and booking reference number must match your ticket exactly.
- You have changed your reservation but the ticket hasn't been changed yet. In this case contact SAS.
- Check the check-in options on your departure airport, here.
